Swiss Teams - AGM

General Information

  Ø      The venue is Windsor .

Ø      Cost £6 per player, £3 for Juniors

Ø      Open to all members of BBCBA

Ø      The AGM is held in the break not earlier than 5.15 p.m.

Ø      No smoking is allowed in the playing area or entryway at any time.

 

Permitted Systems and Conventions  

Boards

 Ø      There will be 6x6 board rounds with a break for tea and the AGM after three rounds.

 

Speed of Play

 Ø      The play of all matches should be completed within 45 minutes of when the assignments are made available. We expect new assignments to be completed within 10 minutes.

For each additional five tables, or part thereof, an additional positional prize is awarded.

Teams are eligible for the non-expert prize if all members are ranked below Four Star Master  (25,000 master points) on the day of the event. If there are fewer than three non-expert teams, no prize will be awarded.

 A team may win only one prize. At the end of the event, the Director will allocate positional prizes first, then the prizes for the best first and second session, then the non-expert prize.

Master Point Awards

 

Local points at County rate for matches won and drawn, and for the top quarter of field.
