One-day ‘simultaneous pairs’ style competition. 
Open to players who have earned fewer than 5000 Local Points up to 1st Jan 2008,
including non-members of the EBU, & bridge students.

• Who may enter? Anyone who has earned fewer than 5000 Local Points up to 1st Jan 2008. 
  You do not have to be members of the EBU or Berks & Bucks to enter. 
  
• There will be a separate prize for the pair each with less than 1000 Local Points, provided there are sufficient entries.
   
• Bridge students who have been learning for at least one year.
  
• Format: The same boards will be played at the same time at all venues across the country. We expect to play 26 or 28 boards with a short tea break in the middle
  
• Conventions. Level 2 conventions will be allowed. This means keeping it simple e.g. no Multi 2 diamond. Most club pairs will be able to play their normal system.
  
• Copies of the hands, complete with helpful notes will be available at the end.
