The fixture arrangement facility
presents you with an Outlook-style calendar showing one month at a time, and allows you:
- to log in using your normal username/password - this identifies your
team.
- to set available dates for your team's home fixtures, by moving to the
desired month and clicking the appropriate underlined day number, e.g.
19
- to arrange an away match by clicking one of the home team's free dates,
e.g. Team A [Free date], The entry displayed on the calendar will then change to e.g .
Team A v Team B. The home captain will be notified of the
fixture by email.
- to click and withdraw one of your own available home dates if it's still
free.
- to click and release another team's home date that you've previously taken.
- note that you will only see entries for the division in which your team
will be playing.
- when an away captain utilises one of your available home dates,
remaining free home dates within 10 days either side of this date are
removed. Please notify Nigel Lancaster if you would like to increase or
decrease this 'anti-congestion' margin.
